2. Primary Steel Structure: welded H section steel with primer and facing anti-rust painting, which will be bolted together at site.
3. Secondary framing: C purlin, Tie bar, Roof and Wall Support are formed as secondary framing.
4. Crane: totally two succesive span, each span have 2*10ton crane.
5. Bracing: Round steel is supplied with knee bracing and other supporting parts, which will improve the stability and durability of the whole structural building.
6. Roof cladding: V820 corrugated color steel sheet, thickness 0.5mm
7. Wall cladding: V820 corrugated color steel sheet, thickness 0.5mm

Project Name: Bo Hui Paper mill

Product Used: Power Coated Steel Sheet

The papermaking produces alkali sulfide, caustic soda and other alkalis during the pulping and cooking process. Sulfur compounds such as H2S, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl mercaptan, and other corrosive gases are also generated during pulping, and chlorine gas is also generated during pulp bleaching. The plant area uses 120,000 square meters of power coated steel sheet, which is mainly used for the external anti-corrosion enclosure of roof and slurry tower insulation.

The new products researched and developed by our company--power coated steel sheet are widely used in metallurgy, salinization, fertilizer, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, ceramics, electroplating, casting, chlor-alkali, non-ferrous metals and other industries. Product Name: Cold rolled Steel Mill

Belong to Shandong Steel Plant, the project divided into cold rolling, hot rulling, galvanizing, acid picking and storage logistics. It covers an area of 16 Mu and a construction area of 90000 square meters. From the year of 2018 to 2020, totally 80000 square meters roof board are replaced by our new product-----power coated steel sheet.

Project Name: Coal Shed

The project finished on 2015. Construction area are totally 50000㎡. The original steel purlin are replaced by the power coated steel purlin, and use power coated steel sheet to replace the original corrugated steel sheet which are badly damaged.
