Description of Power Coated Steel Purlin
Power coated steel purlin are made of galvanized purlins (C-section steel, Z-section steel) as the base material. After pressing, hole making, cutting and forming, epoxy resin powder is preheated at high temperature to be dipped and modified, and then processed by curing and other processes.
Product Features
1. The epoxy resin layer of the power coated steel purlin is a high-performance epoxy resin coating. It has excellent leveling, decorative, mechanical, super corrosion resistance. Experiments show that: purlin in 30% sulfuric acid, 95% sodium hydroxide, 10% ammonium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, 35% hydrochloric acid, 20% nitric acid, 30% phosphoric acid, 40% formaldehyde, sodium oxide, dichloroethylene, copper electrolyte Soaked for 120 hours, the product has no obvious change.
2. The epoxy resin has excellent weather resistance. The epoxy resin layer completely isolates the contact between the metal and the air, avoids the oxidation and corrosion of iron, makes the purlins have super durability and avoids post-maintenance;
3. Advanced technology and the scientific formula makes the purlin tough and wear-resistant, with strong adhesion and never delamination. The anti-corrosion layer will not crack or peel after bending;
4. High temperature resistance and low temperature resistance. When the high temperature is 150 degrees and the low temperature is -40 degrees, the coating has no peeling, bulging, cracking, peeling, damage and other phenomena. Freeze-thaw cycle 10 times, no change in purlin; 5. Easy installation.
5. Bolted connection is adopted, and national standard 11G521-1-2 can be used for installation. Purlin specifications can be made and processed according to engineering requirements.
